Welcome to South East Grant Advisory Service
South East Grant Advisory Service (Se-gaS) is a partnership between:
- Jim Miller (pictured on the right), a senior Scottish Chartered Accountant.
- Brian Short, a former Bank Manager with 27 years' service.

Since the Autumn of 1995 we have been working in association with Local Authorities within East Kent to:
- Help raise awareness within the local business community of the Grant Regimes available to them. This has included Regional Enterprise Grant, the Regional Innovation Grant, Regional Selective Assistance, the Enterprise Grant, Smart and currently Selective Finance for Investment in England and the Grant for Research and Development.
- Provide a helping hand in the completion of grant applications.
This project has been highly successful. We are now able to offer a free service to most applicants throughout much of Kent and a fee based service within the South East to indigenous companies, start ups and inward investors wishing to access Selective Finance for Investment.
The table below sets out our successes to date, much of which is owed to the foresight of the Local Authorities within the assisted areas of Kent and our professional relationship with SEEDA ,Business Link Kent in the south east and Locate in Kent.
